December 8, 2023 – AnnMarie McDowell, the visionary leader behind CORA Services, has been named as one of City & State’s 2023 Pennsylvania Impact Award recipients. The PA Impact Award celebrates individuals for improving the lives of Pennsylvanians through their community service, volunteerism, diversity initiatives, advocacy efforts, and innovation. AnnMarie will receive this award alongside several other deserving Pennsylvania business leaders at a special awards ceremony on December 12th at the Hilton Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia.
The PA Impact Award is a testament to AnnMarie’s remarkable achievements, strategic vision, and dedication to providing services and support to the children and families of Philadelphia. Under her leadership and guidance, CORA Services helps over 20,000 children and families each year to receive the resources they need to thrive.
Ms. McDowell expressed gratitude for the honor, stating, “I am deeply humbled to receive the 2023 PA Impact Award. This accolade reflects the collective efforts of our incredible team at CORA. Together, we have navigated challenges, embraced opportunities, and consistently pushed the boundaries of what is possible.”
